On the Day
It is always an honour to be invited to conduct a workshop and be a guest poet, and I was delighted to meet the wonderful group of poets and writers who attended. Most stayed for the afternoon’s regular spot, for which a few more people turned up. I am grateful to have had the chance to read poems from my new collection, A Curious Mix in Free Verse which had a wonderful sendoff by Jude Aquilina in October 2022.
I am delighted that several attendees are now friends with me on Facebook. Two poets agreed to contribute to Wattletales as guests, so I’m looking forward to that and will post and circulate when the time comes.
